I stumbled upon Jenara, and when I walked inside was greeted by Ella, who kindly informed me that she usually requires an appointment but was able to squeeze me in between others.
She asked me how I wanted it cut, and not really knowing all of the precise measurements, I just I pointed to my hair and said, “like it is but a little shorter, I guess?”. She inspected the sides and top and knew exactly what to do. I would buzz the sides a bit but had let the top grow a bit too long, so she instantly knew how to reshape it and get it back to my style.
